At Babes & Tots, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique Daycare offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.

Our Academic Programs
The educational programs at Babes & Tots were created with our children’s needs in mind: to mature and develop in a safe yet stimulating environment. Take a look below to learn more about each program.
Toddlers Montessori
1-3 years of age
In order to be happy, toddlers need to explore and discover their environment. Our toddler classrooms allow children to do just that. Working independently, based on their own initiative, they learn while building concentration and self-discipline.
All of the educational materials for each learning area are arranged, invitingly, on low open shelves for free choice. The children also learn language, vocabulary, and math through lively circle time activities, songs, and nursery rhymes.
Our staff is experienced and successful with potty training children. This is accomplished in a caring and nurturing way. Most children are potty trained by the age of 3.
Early Preschool
The curriculum covers a wide range of areas, including language, math/ manipulative, science, physical activities/outdoor play, creative expression, music/movement, social interaction, concept development, and self help.

Practical Life: Pouring, various practice folding exercises, care of the classroom, feeding animals, watering plants, self care, dressing, washing, practice tying bows, buttons, helping others, development of concentration and physical exercises.

Language & Arts: Language work consists of reading, phonics, story telling conversation, vocabulary enrichment, and creative drama.
Music & Rhythm: Involves dance, movement and singing.
Art Expression/ Dramatic Play: Individual creativity combined with vocabulary enrichment, and sensorial experiences, use of imagination.

Geography: Continents, land and water
forms, and more.

Mathematics: Eye/hand coordination with cylinder blocks, touch, boards, mathematical number rods, felt numerals, etc.

Foreign Language Exposure: Spanish, Sign Language and French.
Dramatic Play: Children get to explore their imagination through real life enactments such as dress up, kitchen play, etc.
Preschool 3K
Young Preschoolers
3 year olds to 5 years old
Since 2021 Babes & Tots Preschool/Daycare Center has offered a competitive academic curriculum consisting of math, language arts, reading, science, social & emotional life skills, music and arts & crafts. We provide programs for 2.10 year olds to 5 year olds. We have certified teachers with experience, who promote a caring, safe, and nurturing environment that encourages the success of every child. Special events include a visit from our Community Workers, a Halloween Parade, a Christmas/Hanukkah stage production and our legendary graduation show.

My daughter has been attending the daycare since it opened and she loves being there. She is always happy when I drop her off. The owner and staff are so loving and knowledgeable, they have always answered my questions. They also provide home cooked meals and educational / stimulating activities for my child to learn. When I pick up my daughter, she is always clean, fed and happy. The staff also send me pictures and videos of my daughter playing and learning. I feel at peace knowing the staff treats my daughter as family and that she is around good children.
I love this place and so does my child and wife. As a parent I deeply appreciate the staff being nice and caring, and the Director of Babes & Tots really cares about the children and works with the parents . I’m grateful for their hours as well, a facility opened for 10 hours really helps especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. The facility is well thought of, rooms separated to keep the ages apart, but structured so that the teachers are able to help each other out. My son is happy and that makes me a happy parent.My son has 3 months attending and we couldn’t be happier.
I personally loved this place so professional staff very nice very secure and clean environment my son has been attending since 6 month he was not crowinling or even sitting my son has developed so rapidly in just 3 months i personally recommend staff is loving ,caring , and professional their home cooked meals are very healthy also the safety precautions they take with each and every child it amazes me every single day .Thank you to babes and Tots and to their Director for taking care of my son as if it was your own .
My child been going there for 4 years since the beginning this place opened up. This has been the best decision I made. I went to other day cares and realized my child was not improving in any categories. Since my child been going to babes and tots day care I seen a lot of improvement like better discipline, more social with other kids and better with education.

The health, safety, and well-being of children, families, and staff is our top priority. We’ve always adhered to rigorous health, hygiene, and disinfecting practices, and now follow enhanced safety protocols, which continue to evolve as new learning around COVID-19 develops.
Health Screenings and Face Coverings.
Daily health screen and temperature checks are required for all adults and children in the center. Adults in the center wear masks or face coverings at all times.

Updated Visitor Policy.
Essential visitors, including families dropping off and picking up, are limited to the lobby. Nonessential visitors are not permitted in the center.
